Part 2: 2 day sessions of skills, exercises and interventions. Do's & dont's. Anamnesis during pregnancy. Risk and protective factors. Preparation for childbirth. PEH in the delivery room: The squirrel and The Golden hour. Treating PTSD symptoms in childbirth: Stabilizing techniques, Still from T, Progressive counting. Not only the mother, also the child, also the father. And yourself!
Part 3: 1 half-day integration through case discussions.
Part 4: 1 half-day session Counselor Trauma: types, main concerns and peer work schedule The Mountain of Trauma.
